Crooks!

Stay away from this outfit!!! Very high turnover rate for both drivers and owner operators as well as office staff. When you leave employment at earl hardy's as a driver or owner operator you will not get paid the money you are owed. While working there you will never know the rate on the load you are hauling, even though he pays percentage of the load. He just makes up the numbers !!. Earl will spend hours showing you pictures of his classic cars and trucks, his cottages, his RV's etc all bought with money he has fleeced from owner operators and drivers alike. Stay away from this guy he is a crook!!! Half of his staff cant pass a drug test, as there are no good guys left to hire with his horrible name in the industry for drivers and owner operators. Run away and stay away! He is a crook
